I heard that a friend has decided to write a musical, about what I am not sure, but good for her! I'm determined that The Summer of Pomba Gira should not be made a musical. They seem to make musicals about the craziest things, but this should not be one of them.
Xlibris is fixing the optical illusion on the cover, and for a few days, the book won't be listed there until that's done. That, and my FINAL final edits.
Several of the ladies at the Starbuck's I frequent had the opportunity to see the Review Copy. They duly noted that in my picture, I am holding a Starbuck's cup of coffee. Most warriors hold shields; mine's a Venti dark roast.
